Position Overview:

Responsible to provide administrative support in order to ensure all services are provided in an effective and efficient manner

Position Responsibilities and Functions:
  • Responsible to work as a cashier and complete daily floats and reports, as well as communicate guests with the accurate information regarding expenses and packages available.
  • Ability to interact with guests, up sell to cliental and provide an informative and entertaining over view of CreaKids facilities to potential cliental .
  • Receive and deliver messages and notes in a timely manner to management.
  • Ensure all wavers are completed, all promotional and reception materials in stock (flyers, banners, invitations, forms, cards etc).
  • Responsible to correspond, communicate with clients through e-mail or over the phone, to any specific questions or enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Update Events Calendar in a timely manner, able to communicate to clientele on availability, unavailability of slots for booking of birthday parties, sports sessions, workshops and any other activities.
  • Responsible to assist with special events, birthday bookings in case of need.
  • Have enough knowledge of all toys, games and activities available in CreaKids.
  • Trained in handling Credit Card machine and able to resolve issues related to cash transactions with minimum assistance.
  • Fully understand EMBED system and able to sort out difficulties without management’s assistance.
  • Ensure that the health and safety of the children is maintained AT ALL TIMES in keeping with the child protection and safety policy.
  • Trained in handling children during emergency situations, first aid procedures.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules if required.
  • Carry out any other job related tasks if required (including, but not limited to: cleaning facility, babysitting, and hosting outdoor events, etc)
Minimum skills:
  • Cashier experience
  • Customer Services Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • First Aid trained
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’ degree
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field.
